When I was 14, I was asked what I would want as my epitaph. The best I could come up with, after a few minutes of serious thought, was "It seemed like a good idea at the time." Twenty years later, that's still the best I can explain about why I do anything.
Nice blog, your horse is lovely. I have a coloured horse who is similar, and really understood what you were saying about the mane. My 'new' horse is hogged, so no mane at all, but it suits him. Drop by my blog some time, you'll be very welcome.
Sara, that's just what her feet look like. He scraped off most (but not all) of the dead chalky stuff - the only thing he cuts out of her feet is the bars, down to just above sole level. Don't worry, she still has ridiculously thick soles.
Autumn Mist - Max is very handsome - and LOUD! Thanks Kate and Kacy :)
